Strategy for Russian Ski Industry. In 2019 Yuri Kolobov was part of the expert council, that developed a Strategy for Developing the Russian Ski Industry for the Ministry of Tourism, with $1 bln to be spent by 2035, increasing the number of active skiers by 1 mln

Rosa Khutor
Leading Russian mountain Resort, Rosa Khutor, got a new strategy in 2021. It focused on summer activities, attracting new target audience, modernizing resort infrastructure, creating smooth customer experience with extensive use of technology
Burton x Gorky Park

In 2013, the world's largest and only city spot, operating throughout the winter season, appeared in the central park of Moscow, Gorky Park. Foreign park construction experts were invited. They made the city-spot completely safe and accessible for snowboarders at all levels

13 Parks Tour

A unique snowboarding competition tour in slope style discipline for amateurs, organized and held on a professional level. Inspired by Burton and international competitions like the X-Games, Burton Open, DEW Tour. 39 parks were built for 3 years during the project by the best snowboard park companies such as SPT and Unit Park Tech
